Observation Narrative	A fresh interdune pond ca. 0.5 acres in size situated among eroded, sheltered back dunes southeast of Ragged Point. Sand underlying surficial peat in this pond is relatively firm. Considerable Sphagnum occurs around the borders of the pond. Plot located in western section of pond ca. 0.8 mi ESE of Cherrytree Hill.
